Heritage Body and Frame is an automotive collision repair business locally owned and managed by Glenn and Jason Borkland. Glenn opened the first location in 1986 in north austin near the corner of Kramer and Braker Ln. We expanded to 2315 S. Bell Blvd. in Cedar Park in 1999 and to our newest location at 12952 Pond Springs Rd. in 2004.

Heritage is a full service automotive collison repair facility. We have state of the art frame equipment and paint booths to repair all vehicles to pre-accident condition.

We work with all major insurance companies to make sure the customers car is repaired with quality and integrity. We offer a lifetime guarantee on our work. Heritage has a 97% customer satisfaction rate based on surveys conducted by Customer Research Inc.

Our Pond Springs location offers a one stop experience with Enterprise Rental and A Geico RX facility on site. Our waiting rooms are cozy with high def t.v.'s and beverage service to make estimates a comfortable experience.

Glenn is a native Austinite (except for his first two years in Taylor Tx.) His son Jason was born in Austin and attended high school locally at McNeil H.S. Jason grew up in the business and has been managing the operations at Heritage for twelve years.

One thing that we pride ourselves in is that we are LOCALLY owned. If a customer has a concern Glenn is on site everyday There is no out of state board of directors to try and reach. We believe in treating our customers and their vehicles how we wish to be treated.

Most of our employees have been with us many years, the majority at S. Bell for 10 years and our lead painter on Pond Springs has been with us for 16 yrs. We are fortunate that they are all hard working, honest and quality minded.

Let's welcome some new members

We've launched a two-pronged approach to add some new members to our ranks. The first prong involves you. The Board has approved a very generous recuiting incentive. For every new member you recruit, the Chamber will credit $75 towards your next term's dues. Recruit two members, and your Bronze membership is free. The incentive lasts 'til the end of August, so start inviting.

The second prong is a new business recruiting program from the Membership Committee. The committee is sending invitations for our Network Nites and Monthly Luncheons to new business owners in Northwest Austin. The program will last for 3 months at which point the committee will evaluate the results. Look for some new faces at our Chamber events, and please take the time to introduce yourself and the Chamber.
